I'm not just talking about fast food restaurants, with outs and junk food, I'm talking about supermarket food we buy, prepared foods, diet foods and drinks. I truly believe that a lot of these so called fat loss product is doing us serious damage. Unfortunately, in their quest to make money, the integrity of many of these companies should be called to question.
