Diet for weight loss


At breakfast - a bowl of soup with noodles resembling Chinese noodles (ordinary Chinese noodles in packets), with pieces of shrimp or chicken by kyle leon. And for lunch - trout baked in foil or a couple of sticks skewers of shrimp.

The so-called second breakfast or afternoon snack I certainly took fruit.
